        1. What should I prepare?

        • Select a comfortable, quiet part of your home on a sofa or comfortable chair
        • Switch on the airconditioner 15 minutes prior to your appointment
        • Remove all humidifiers and dehumidifiers from the room
        • Switch off all fans

        Consultant was early and we started the session on time. It was very relaxing towards the end. I thought it would have been a better and more enjoyable use of time if therapist could have given a shoulder massage during the 10-min masking time like most spas do.
